Pegasus Senior Living is announcing that it will assume the management of eight communities in Texas and New Mexico on September 1, 2024. The communities are currently operated by LifeWell Senior Living under their “Legacy” brand name.
The eight communities collectively contain 652 units; all locations offer both assisted living and memory care in purpose-built memory care settings.

Founded in 2018 by industry veterans Steven Vick and Chris Hollister, Pegasus Senior Living is composed of dedicated, life-long senior living professionals who oversee 35 communities in 12 states. With the addition of the eight LifeWell communities, Pegasus will operate 43 senior living communities, with 13 located in Texas and New Mexico.
