With over twenty years of experience in senior living, Erica Ogle has dedicated her career to serving seniors and empowering community teams. Starting as a Certified Nurse’s Assistant, she steadily advanced through various roles, including Nursing and Executive Director, before transitioning into her regional leadership role. Erica is deeply committed to providing leadership, guidance, and support to teams and ensuring exceptional resident care.

Beyond her professional life, Erica is an avid cook, gardener, and artist who values time spent with family and friends.
