Keisha Moore combines her expertise as a registered nurse with her passion for creating vibrant and engaging communities for seniors. As Vice President of Engagement, she oversees activities and programs across all of Pegasus’s Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Connections neighborhoods. She focuses on providing meaningful experiences that promote brain health, physical well-being, and overall quality of life through proactive and preventative measures.

Keisha’s leadership is guided by her “Three E’s of Life”:

Keisha brings energy to her leadership. During meetings, she uses pom-poms to cheer on her team, celebrate their efforts, and empower them to create engaging environments for residents.
