Kat is an experienced human resources professional with a bachelor’s degree in business management and computer information sciences who has worked in the information technology and healthcare industries. With 20 years’ experience, Kat has had employee relations, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and employee recognition and retention experience. Kat began her senior living journey in 2008 and “was incredibly lucky to accidentally fall into the industry.” She continues, “It brings me joy to positively impact residents either directly or indirectly through our dedicated and compassionate team members.”

For Kat, being a part of the Pegasus team means having passion to do the right thing and caring for others. Working at Pegasus is about putting someone else’s happiness above hers and making sure that she does not let the people who rely on her down. Her team works collaboratively to achieve a common goal and to make responsible decisions that add tangible and intangible value to the organization.
