Jay received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and Master of Science degree in safety and environmental science from West Virginia University. Prior to pursuing his passion for senior living that motivates him to work overtime for the residents and staff at our communities, Jay had been employed in numerous industries. Before working in senior living, however, he never knew the satisfaction he could receive from increasing positive outcomes for great families and the compassionate care staff he serves.

“Positive outcomes are created through quality care and customer satisfaction,” Jay explains. “Everyone’s job is important, and we all need to deliver through teamwork; it takes a village.”
