Hello, I'm Jeff Denson
the Executive Director at Chisholm Trail Estates in Keene, TX.
Since August 2019, I have had the privilege of leading our vibrant community. With a background in health care marketing and over 20 years in the banking industry, I bring a wealth of expertise to my role.Â
My journey has been driven by a passion for serving others, which is reflected in my involvement with the Cleburne Chamber of Commerce, Meals on Wheels, and the Johnson County Jr. Sheriff Posse.
Family is incredibly important to me. My spouse and I have been married for eight years, and we share three wonderful children together. Outside work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, attending Keene events, and supporting local initiatives.
At Chisholm Trail Estates, my commitment to our residents is unwavering. I am dedicated to creating an environment where everyone feels valued and supported. It’s my goal to ensure that our residents thrive and enjoy their time in our community. I also aim to provide a lifestyle that keeps residents from having to enter Keene nursing homes.

The Farrington is a great place for Mom. She moved here from Colorado and could not be happier. [The associate] and all of the staff were so helpful in this long distance move. The facilities are very nice and Mom loves watching the birds at the half dozen feeders in the garden area in the back. A full slate of activities rounds out the careful and caring manner in which the residents are treated. Give the Farrington the highest recommendation.”Â
