Christine Roberts, the Vice President of People & Culture at Pegasus Senior Living, has over 30 years of experience in diverse industries, including senior living, aeronautic manufacturing, banking, and snack food. Her extensive expertise spans employee relations, change management, conflict management, recruiting, and labor and employment law.
Christine began her senior living career in 2014 as an HR Director for a community in Fort Worth, Texas. Like most of us in the industry, she finds senior living the most rewarding and fulfilling field she has worked in, as it allows her to focus on making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents and their families.
Driven by her passion for creating supportive environments, Christine’s leadership focuses on empowering team members and fostering a culture of kindness and service. Her commitment to ensuring team members feel valued directly impacts the welcoming and supportive atmosphere our residents enjoy every day.
