Hi, I'm Andres,
the Executive Director for Dunwoody Place.
I began my career by volunteering at the grand opening of a senior living community in Springfield, Missouri at the age of 16. In my early career, I had been a server, housekeeper, and receptionist.
After graduating from Missouri State University in 2008, I continued to advance my career in senior living as a resident services assistant, sales assistant, and Assistant Executive Director. I continue striving to make a difference in residents’ everyday lives at my current position as Dunwoody Place’s Executive Director.
Having been born in Puerto Rico and moving to Missouri at the age of six, my twin brother and I didn’t have the privilege of growing up with our grandparents and in our culture. However, we greatly value and respect our elder population, and my lasting decision to work with seniors has helped me express my gratitude for them.
