Seniors and staff at the senior living community Gig Harbor Court, located at 3213 45th St Ct NW, Gig Harbor, WA 98335, are excited about the community’s recent updates and renovations.
The community has undergone renovations throughout including updated colors and flooring. “We have a new gym with all the fun exercise equipment and a private physical therapist’s office and gym for residents to continue ongoing PT, OT, and speech therapy in the comfort of their own community,” shares Linda Dutton, Community Sales Director.
“The residents LOVE the new remodel and compliment it often. They love to show it off to their friends and family! It is modern and elegant, yet it still has that warm and fuzzy home-like feeling.”
Residents and guests are enjoying the comfort and coziness of upgrades that enhance entertainment such as a theater with popcorn, movie theater candy and treats along with Italian sodas to complete the theater experience. The library is also a special place to cuddle up with a book or have a quiet conversation with a friend. Gig Harbor even has a meditation group that meets weekly.
Changes to individual apartments have made living spaces light and bright with vaulted, raised ceilings and multiple picture windows allowing the natural light in. “One of my favorite features of the renovated apartments is the large refrigerator,” says Linda. “We also have multiple spacious and oversized closets in each apartment along with new laminate flooring that is beautiful and better yet… safe for our seniors!”
