Seniors and staff at the senior living community Historic Roswell Place, located at 75 Magnolia St, Roswell, GA 30075, are excited about the community’s updates and renovations.
Historic Roswell Place has undergone renovations throughout the community to make living, dining, and common areas more open and inviting. Interior changes included making updates to the Memory Care kitchen, walls were removed to create a more open floor plan in common areas, new residential washers and dryers with laundry room counters and flooring updates, new fans for expansive porches, new flooring in the assisted living dining room and entryway as well as new LED lighting throughout.
“In addition to the work that was done to the interior of the community, we also spent time sprucing the exterior for residents and guests,” shares Executive Director Arlene Hsu.
Exterior changes included the addition of a large-scale dining room patio arbor, creating an outdoor eating space that mirrors the Canton Street dining experience in Historic Roswell. Additional touches like front door security hardware, outdoor lighting, sidewalk, parking lot and landscape work, and window replacements were also made.
“The resident response has been very positive,” says Arlene. Residents and families love to see upgrades that are both functional and provide a more comfortable and beautiful living environment. “Visitors have said, ‘this place just keeps getting better and better! Every time we come in there is something new.’ From the lighting to the floors, the community is brighter and more inviting.
Historic Roswell Place is excited to share its new look with residents and guests.
