Kat is an experienced human resources professional with a bachelor’s degree in business management and computer information sciences who has worked in the information technology and healthcare industries. Over 20 years, Kat has had experience in employee relations, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and employee recognition and retention. Kat began her senior living journey in 2008.

For Kat, being a part of the Pegasus team means having a passion for doing the right thing and caring for others. Her team works collaboratively to achieve a common goal and to make responsible decisions that add tangible and intangible value to the organization.
