Originally from Monroe, Louisiana, Leslie received her Master of Health Care Administration in 2011 and has teamed with Pegasus Senior Living since March 2019. She has over 30 years of experience in the health care industry, starting her career managing the Central Supply Department of Purchasing for Christus Santa Rosa Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. She partnered with Ortho Plus, Inc., an orthopedic DME company, as VP of Administration, managing operations, billing, and collections. She then served as Regional Business Office Support for HCR ManorCare for almost 20 years.
