In a strategic move to better align with its evolving brand identity and to resonate more deeply with the local area, the senior living community formerly known as Glenwood Village of Overland Park at 9201 Foster Street has been rebranded as Pegasus Landing of Overland Park.
This rebranding marks a significant milestone since Pegasus Senior Living took full ownership of the community in February 2024. Pegasus has managed the community since 2018.
The new name not only reflects a refreshed vision but also emphasizes the upscale nature of the Overland Park area, enhancing the community’s appeal to both current and prospective residents. The community houses 86 units, with 72 assisted living and 14 memory care apartments.

Built in 2016, Pegasus Landing of Overland Park serves seniors who require assisted living or memory care services with contemporary apartments, health and wellness care, on-site amenities, and an evidence-based dementia program called Connections.

In addition to the new name, Pegasus Landing of Overland Park will feature updated branding elements, including a refreshed logo and new signage, which will be unveiled in the coming months.
