With over 30 years of experience in senior living, Scott’s leadership reflects his personal calling to enhance the lives of older adults. His hands-on approach creates an atmosphere where residents and families feel valued and connected from the moment they arrive.
Lena Crawford – Business Office Director
Lena supplies our community with 20 years of experience in health care and senior living. She ensures smooth operations and seamless support for residents and families. Her expertise in managing both day-to-day tasks and long-term care planning ensures a calm and organized experience for everyone.
Gina Lang – Community Sales Director
Gina’s 12+ years in senior living and her certification as a Texas Assisted Living Manager make her a trusted guide for families transitioning to senior care. As a longtime Houston resident, Gina understands the community’s needs and is committed to helping new residents feel at home.
Francis Benson – Health and Wellness Director
With 22 years of nursing experience and a Master’s Degree in Nursing, Fran leads with expertise and compassion. Mikaela Oriola – Director of Engagement

Vince Trevino – Maintenance Director

Maris Francis – Housekeeping Supervisor
